Upgrade plan.

After many months of very late nights, the old frame-based layout has finally been put to rest and the new database driven layout switched in. There are bound to be a few bugs that will rear up from time to time but the basic system appears to be working well. Hope you enjoy it and find the site of some use.

Jobs recently finished.
